Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related field.
• 1–3 years of management experience in a business setting.
• 3+ years in health care with provider relations, data services, or claims operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and directs daily activities.
• Monitors quality and production scores; reports performance.
• Ensures timely production and turnaround targets.
• Owns provider data management and reporting development.
• Collaborates with IT on provider, contracts, and claims systems.
• Develops cost-benefit analyses and workflow improvements.
