Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke is seeking an eMerge Operations Analyst to support and advance the eMerge department's operations, including matter status tracking, budgets, estimates, and client communications. The role emphasizes process improvement, dashboards, and stakeholder coordination to ensure deadlines and service standards are met.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal operations, with strong organizational, communication, and data-reporting abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or any combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal operations, or a related professional services environment, including experience supporting operational workflows, reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administrative lifecycle of eMerge matters, including new matter intake, conflicts coordination, matter setup, and related operational steps.
• Monitor key operational metrics and identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain operational oversight of matter rates, estimates, and budgets, including tracking status, identifying issues, and coordinating timely communication with case teams and stakeholders.
• Create, track, and communicate matter status updates, including upcoming deadlines, responsiveness expectations, budget and estimate updates, cost-savings information, tools used, and other key operational details.
