Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum two years in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal operations, or related professional services.
• Experience supporting operational workflows, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administrative lifecycle of eMerge matters from intake to setup.
• Monitor and report key operational metrics and budgets.
• Develop actionable recommendations and support implementation.
• Create status updates, dashboards, and communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate across IT, Finance, Marketing, and Innovation for seamless service delivery.
