Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking an eMerge Operations Analyst to support and streamline the operational aspects of the eMerge department and eMerge Attorney Case Managers. The role focuses on matter status tracking, budgets, estimates, and client communications to ensure deadlines and service standards are met.

You will contribute to creating structure around case status, cost-savings reporting, and dashboards while coordinating with IT, Finance, Marketing, and Innovation teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum two years in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the administrative lifecycle of eMerge matters and intake processes.
• Monitor operational metrics and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain oversight of matter rates, estimates, budgets, and related client communications.
• Create and communicate matter status updates, including deadlines and budget changes.
• Provide operational support to reduce administrative burden and protect client care.
