Bezos.ai is a Fulfilment-as-a-Service platform connecting sellers to a global network of warehouses and carriers. You’ll keep orders flowing, answer seller inquiries, and help automate repetitive tasks using Claude. You’ll learn the full order journey and gain ownership from day one, in a fast-moving AI-native team.

The role emphasizes numeric thinking, daily data checks, and proactive problem solving, with remote collaboration across a growing company in e-commerce logistics.

Qualifications

• Degree (or clearly demonstrated equivalent) in a quantitative discipline; comfortable with raw data and spreadsheets.
• AI-native: can build with Claude and demonstrate building a simple Claude skill.
• Reliable, on-time delivery; asks questions when stuck and takes feedback well.
• Learns new tools quickly and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Clear communicator who writes well, presents findings, and flags issues early.

Responsabilités

• Keep orders flowing by spotting and resolving missing, stuck, or mismatched orders.
• Answer operational queries, run checkers, and process invoices accurately and on time.
• Build Claude skills or small automations to remove repetitive work.
• Learn the order journey end-to-end and propose improvements with minimal handholding.
