Job description

Associate, ML Data Operations, GO-AI Operations at Amazon

This team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers, supporting Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams by providing real-time & offline (image/video) data auditing services. A key contribution of this team is maintaining inventory accuracy in fulfillment centers.

An Associate in this role watches videos of stowing actions at a fulfillment center, understands the content thoroughly, and uses human judgment combined with tools to interpret the activity captured. They verify or mark product locations using designated tools, ensuring high accuracy to maintain stow quality. This operational role involves performing precise video/image audits under supervision, contributing to defect reduction through high-speed, accurate assessments.

Key job responsibilities

The Associate reviews hundreds of videos per shift, providing responses focused on accuracy, speed, and best practices. They must adhere to scheduled breaks and ensure 6.8 to 7 hours of active work daily. Remote associates should maintain a dedicated workspace and secure data handling practices.

Candidate Demonstrates

A day in the life

Associates work in a 24×7 environment with 9-hour shifts, including scheduled breaks. Shift timings rotate every few months based on business needs. Night shift allowances are provided as per policy.

Weekly offs are rotational, typically two consecutive days, which may not align with weekends.

About The Team

The Data Auditing Operations team supports Amazon Fulfillment with human-reviewed video/image audits to enhance automation and maintain stow quality. Videos are brief (15-20 seconds) and require thorough human review to improve automated processes.
