Job summary

Openkrill is seeking an AI Workflow Specialist to identify, prioritize, and implement AI-powered automations across accounting, purchasing, operations, customer service, marketing, catalog management, and reporting. You will work with each department to audit workflows, define friction points, and develop a prioritized automation roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI automations in a business environment used by non-technical teams.
• Ability to translate loosely defined problems into automation projects.
• Proven track record taking automation projects from audit through rollout.

Responsibilities

• Audit manual workflows across departments and identify AI automation opportunities.
• Automate accounting workflows, starting with credit card reconciliation.
• Build a consolidated data reporting layer from 7–8 sources.
• Automate invoice reconciliation between order management and QuickBooks.
• Own and improve the AI-powered customer support ticketing system.
