PeopleSolutionsNOW is conducting a search on behalf of Five Star Financial Group.

Administrative Assistant & Client Services Specialist | Flexible Location (Remote) | $25.00 - $29.00 per hour (20-hours per week /part time). Salary will be commensurate with experience as well as the geographic location of the hire.

Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

Client Support & Communication:

  • Provide prompt and professional updates to clients on business processing.
  • Manage client correspondence, follow-ups, and service requests.
  • Prepare new client onboarding paperwork, set up online access, and maintain/update client profiles.

Administrative & Business Processing:

  • Enter data for life insurance, annuities and investment applications, working with multiple carriers.
  • Maintain CRM updates in real time to ensure accurate tracking of underwriting and business processing.
  • Communicate with underwriters, case managers, and business processors for timely and accurate processing.

Team Support & Case Preparation:

  • Assist with internal case preparation meetings.
  • Support advisors with case materials for client meetings.
  • Perform special projects and other administrative duties as needed.

What You Bring

  • Prior industry experience with investments/ insurance is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through on time-sensitive matters.
  • Client-focused with a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
  • Ability to solve problems and know when to take initiative versus when to ask for support.
  • Self-directed professional who takes full ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.
