Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. in Lincoln, IL seeks an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility. This hands-on role champions Lean, Six Sigma, and ECIS/EBS systems to build problem-solving discipline and sustained performance gains.

The successful candidate will drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and working capital, partnering with plant leadership to deploy roadmaps and develop frontline capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years in manufacturing/operations within a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence.
• 3+ years of leading people, projects, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Lean Management Systems and their link to business strategy and daily operations.
• Broad knowledge of Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Continuous Flow, Setup Reduction, TPM, Error Proofing, Pull Systems, Standardized Work.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations.
• Develop and execute the site's continuous improvement roadmap with plant leadership.
• Strengthen daily management systems and elevate employee capabilities.
• Deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
