Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property management compliance, operational compliance, risk, controls, audit, legal operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational compliance across Darwin's property management lifecycle, including leasing, resident management, notices, transactions, system activity, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop a risk-based monitoring and testing program across transactions, resident communications, fees and charges, system activity, documentation, and operational exceptions.
• Identify compliance gaps and determine whether issues are isolated events or broader systemic risks, including scope and impact.
