Job summary

FTS is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to deliver remote and onsite end-user support for small business clients in the Vail Valley area. The role emphasizes Microsoft 365, networking, Windows and Mac platforms, printers, security, and broader IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of business IT support experience, strong self-management, and the ability to work from home while providing onsite services as required.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of business IT support experience.
• Experience with cloud services and common business IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite end-user support.
• Troubleshoot network and endpoint issues.
• Onboard, train, and support end users on client systems.
• Create, monitor, and manage alerts for client environments.
• Configure, deploy, and support IT systems (Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, AD, networking, security).
• Participate in project work onsite and remotely.
• Manage IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Pursue ongoing education on current IT systems and strategies.
