WCL Group is seeking an Onshore Wind Project Manager for a remote US-based engagement. The role oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they stay on time, within scope, and within budget.

The position is a one-year contract with a high likelihood of extension or conversion to full-time, working remotely with standard EST hours and occasional travel. Responsibilities include defining scope, creating detailed plans, coordinating resources, and serving as the primary client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or related role.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe PDF workflow.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate project resources and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and updates to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify potential roadblocks and resolve issues to minimize impact.
• Reach out to internal departments to secure necessary support and expertise.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
