WCL Group's client, a Fortune 150 renewable energy leader, seeks an Offshore Logistics Coordinator in Providence, RI. The role involves coordinating offshore activities, liaising with the Marine and Helicopter Coordination Centre, and ensuring OMS compliance.

You will manage documentation, attend interface meetings, train staff, and support HSE. The schedule is 28/28 hitch with 12-hour shifts for a 7-month contract, with compensation $35-$44 per hour.

Qualifications

• Certification prerequisites: GWO (Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness) required per site safety policy.
• BOSIET/HUET (CA-EBS included) required for offshore operations.
• OGUK (Chester Step) certification required for offshore tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore activities with Marine and Helicopter Coordination Centre.
• Arrange meetings and liaise with project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project procedures, processes, and IT Tools (OMS).
• Support HSE when required.
• Operate the Offshore management system and provide lessons learned/change requests.
• Participate in lessons learned and implement improvements.
• Train Offshore Support staff and the O&M site planning team.
