Laudato Si Movement invites an experienced Digital Fundraising & Online Giving Manager to lead strategy, execution, and growth of our online giving program. You will craft bold digital campaigns, oversee donor acquisition and retention, and propel revenue in a global, faith-based context.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital fundraising or related field.
• Proven track record of creative digital campaigns that grow engagement or revenue.
• Strong knowledge of digital fundraising best practices and segmentation.
• Excellent writing and storytelling to translate global issues into donor reasons.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRMs.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Elevate LSM's online fundraising program to expand reach and revenue.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive online fundraising strategy.
• Create an annual online solicitation calendar with audiences and goals.
• Write persuasive donor content for email, pages, social media, and ads.
• Strengthen donor journeys from first gift to monthly giving.
• Track KPI: conversion, average gift size, CAC, retention, revenue.
• Lead testing and optimization of subject lines, messaging, and CTAs.
• Evaluate emerging fundraising trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with Development, Communications, Programs, and Technology teams.
• Enhance the donor experience with timely acknowledgments and impact updates.
