Job summary

MANTECH seeks a career- and customer-oriented OneStream professional to design, test, and deliver core OneStream components for financial planning and reporting. The role spans configuration, custom business logic, data integration, and security considerations across a remote environment.

The candidate will work between entry-level configuration and advanced platform architecture, owning technical delivery for key modules while supporting compliance efforts and government-facing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, SE, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering, systems design, or related experience.
• 3+ years of OneStream development experience.
• 1+ years of OneStream XF configuration/installation support/optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, test, and troubleshoot custom OneStream Business Rules using VB.NET or C# to implement financial calculations.
• Configure and maintain Workflow Profiles, Confirmation Rules, Transformation Rules, and Data Management sequences for complex reporting and budgeting.
• Build and customize Cube Views, BI dashboards, and custom reports for leadership insights.
• Design, build, and optimize data conversion, SQL scripts, and staging tables for data migration and validation.
• Support platform integrations, SSO setup, and compliance documentation including ATO.
