Job summary

Empirical Corporation is seeking an OneStream Developer to design, develop, and implement OneStream solutions that support financial management reporting, data quality, and automation. The role emphasizes hands-on development, deployment, and maintenance, with solutions spanning from initial design to sustainment.

You will work on configuring and enhancing OneStream applications for federal clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable financial solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in OneStream solution development or architecture: data analysis, cube design, dimension modeling, business rules, workflows, and platform configuration.
• OneStream Developers – 3+ years of OneStream experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in lay terms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into design documents.
• Understanding of financial close and reporting activities, preferably in the federal government.
• Proficiency in VB.Net and SQL with working knowledge of C#, Python, or REST API development.
• Data integration experience with Financial Systems (ERP) and other related source systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle Financials, Momentum, etc.).
• Possess or able to obtain a U.S. Federal Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and enhance OneStream applications that support finance objectives for federal clients.
• Build and maintain OneStream business rules, data management solutions, and application components to support planning, reporting and/or budget execution.
• Analyze, adapt, and translate client business requirements into functional system designs, configuration decisions, and technical solutions within the OneStream platform.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities by identifying issues, validating results, and helping deliver stable application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams with internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts to support finance operations, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
