Job summary

Merck is preparing for the U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based therapy, building a field-based operations team to educate and support treatment sites through onboarding, readiness, and end-to-end execution.

The Associate Director Oncology TSL will coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure site readiness and provide timely issue resolution across AL, MS, and TN. Candidates should have 5+ years in healthcare/life sciences operations, strong relationship-building with provider sites,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven track record of working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites, educating on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources for initial site implementation and ongoing support.
• Help ensure treatment sites have operational capabilities and knowledge for end-to-end treatment journey execution.
• Serve as the product operational subject matter expert for assigned sites and provide support on product process, operations, and logistics.
