Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy seeks an Inside Sales Representative – Oncology to work fully remotely in the United States. The role focuses on education and care coordination for prescribers across oncology and hematology settings.

The candidate will develop a designated territory, support prescribers, and collaborate with field sales to achieve sales goals. A base salary of $55k–$70k plus commissions is offered, with opportunities for professional growth within a patient-centered oncology model.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• 2 years inside or outside sales experience for pharmacy or other health services-related industry preferred.
• Oncology sales experience desired but not required.
• Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills.
• Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic, and hospital communities.
• Understanding of oncology drug reimbursement, Managed Care Medical Specialty and PBM drug benefits.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Team player with ability to collaborate.
• Data entry, verbal skills, and computer proficiency; CRM system experience helpful.
• Maintaining HIPAA patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a designated territory to educate prescribers for all Onco360 products and services.
• Act as a single point of contact by assisting prescribers in evaluating referrals and coordinating care.
• Collaborate with outside sales and pharmacy OPS to meet prescriber and patient needs.
• Support education and delivery of key messages and product presentations.
• Coordinate prescription renewals and prior authorizations; follow up on outstanding issues.
