Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Oncology. This is a fully remote role blending account management with education and care coordination for prescribers of Onco360 products and services.

The position targets oncology practices with a home-based setup and limited travel, focusing on education, pipeline building, and collaboration with field sales to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience preferred
• 2 years inside or outside sales experience in health services preferred
• Oncology sales experience desired but not required
• Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills
• Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic and hospital communities
• Understanding of oncology drug reimbursement and PBM benefits
• Data entry, verbal skills, and computer literacy with CRM
• Must be a team player with minimal supervision
• HIPAA patient confidentiality awareness

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage prescriber relationships within a designated territory
• Achieve call targets with top prescribers and pipeline leads
• Collaborate with outside sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Assist with follow-ups on prior authorizations and care coordination
• Forward clinical questions to staff pharmacists when needed
• Document updates in each patient profile and CRM
• Support product education and messaging delivery to prescribers
• Ensure timely prescription renewals to maintain continuity of care
