Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of healthcare business experience
• Masters degree and 7 years of healthcare business experience
• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of healthcare business experience
• MD, MBA, MS, Ph.D. or equivalent
• Eight or more years of strategy experience in management consulting, finance, or corporate strategy
• Robust knowledge of biopharma industry, including pharma development and R&D processes
• Oncology R&D experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and decisive leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects for Development leadership
• Drive project execution and influence across functions and levels
• Develop and support annual oncology portfolio strategies
• Conduct technology assessments, analyses, and landscape evaluations
• Perform cross-portfolio analytics and risk assessments
• Support scientific collaborations through external partnerships
• Coordinate partnership-related projects and communications
• Represent Development leadership to key external stakeholders
• Navigate ambiguity and lead ad hoc strategic initiatives
