Job summary

Merck is building a field-based operations team to educate treatment sites on onboarding, readiness, and end-to-end product operational journeys for an oncology mRNA therapy. The Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead will serve as the primary field contact for operational information and support.

The role requires deep knowledge of site operations, the ability to align stakeholders, and hands-on coordination across workflows, processes, and dashboards to ensure reliable site execution

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and readiness for product treatment sites, covering workflow, system setup, and ops requirements.
Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources.
Ensure sites have the ops capabilities and knowledge for end-to-end execution.
Serve as product operations SME for assigned sites; advise on processes, ops, and logistics.
Act as primary contact for operational issues; triage with cross-functional coordination.
Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure compliant, consistent engagement.
Build trusted relationships with site leaders through reliable operational support.
Use company dashboards to assess site metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Synthesize feedback to help HQ improve communications and workflows.
