Tech Sales Jobs is seeking an Oncology Sales Specialist for the Green Bay and Madison, WI area. You will engage with customers, educate stakeholders on oncology products, and drive sales within your territory, balancing field activity and clinical knowledge.

The position requires 2+ years in oncology sales, territory management, and travel up to 25%. The role supports collaboration with the Oncology Customer Team Leader and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes and business results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of oncology field-based experience, selling an oncology therapeutic to oncology customers.
• Travel about 25% including overnight travel.
• Reside in or within a reasonable distance to the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Attain or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure customers have a seamless experience and understand practice structure, business model, and key influencers.
• Communicate a patient-centered rationale for oncology products in indicated uses.
• Understand cancer staging, treatment options, pathways, and guidelines for different tumors/diseases.
• Analyze trends in a complex buying environment across multiple channels (Oncology GPOs, wholesalers, and specialty pharmacies).
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans in collaboration with the local team and district manager.
