Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of sales experience or a high school diploma with 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling an oncology therapy to oncology customers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle.
• Travel as required, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Collaborate with territory counterparts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate a patient-centered rationale for our oncology products.
• Understand cancer care pathways and guidelines and their impact on patients.
• Analyze trends in a multi-channel distribution environment and adapt plans accordingly.
