Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of sales experience OR high school diploma with 8+ years of equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle.
• Travel 10–15% overnight; reside within reasonable distance to the district.
• Remote work arrangements may be available; field-based territory in the US.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Engage with customers to understand practice structure, business model, and key influencers.
• Communicate a patient-centred rationale for oncology products in indicated uses.
• Develop knowledge of tumor types, pathways, and treatment options.
• Analyze buying environment and product distribution channels.
• Collaborate with local team and Oncology Customer Team Leader to plan short- and long-term actions.
