Job summary

Servier in the U.S. is seeking an Oncology Nurse Educator to deliver high-level clinical education and strategic support to healthcare professionals. This role partners with marketing, medical affairs, and L&D to drive brand awareness and support territory business plans.

The ONE will execute clinical education programs, ensuring safe use of Servier’s portfolio, while contributing to business objectives within an assigned geography and reporting to the Associate Director, Nurse Education.

Qualifications

BSN required; MSN/NP/MBA preferred.
5+ years hematology-oncology clinical experience.
2+ years pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience.
CPHON, OCN, or AOCNP required (or obtained within 2 years of hire).

Responsibilities

Provide expert clinical education to HCPs to support patient treatment.
Strategic territory planning to manage full account and clinical management of Asparlas/Oncospar business.
Partner with matrix teams to develop and implement territory business plans.
Deliver branded and unbranded presentations (virtual and in-person) to improve product understanding.
Monitor operating costs and achieve performance within territory budget.
Develop strong relationships with HCPs and healthcare organizations.
