Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Clinical Regional Manager to lead a team of clinical educators delivering education to Healthcare Professionals and office staff in oncology facilities. You will oversee field teams, align training with client program objectives, and ensure adherence to standards.

This role requires RN with BSN, oncology nursing experience, and strong leadership. You will travel regionally, manage staffing, and partner with HR and clients to optimize educator deployment.

Qualifications

• RN with active state license and no restrictions.
• BSN required.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare leadership/management experience.
• At least 3 years Clinical Educator experience in pharma or hospital.
• Active nursing license in at least one state.
• Five years oncology nursing experience and five years general nursing.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Clinical Educators in their territory.
• Work with the Program Management and client to allocate educators efficiently.
• Conduct performance evaluations and HR issue resolution.
• Manage PTO, sick time, and staffing in daily operations.
• Travel with educators to assess and develop presentation skills.
