Job summary

Inizio Engage, partnering with a leading biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Clinical Regional Manager to oversee a team of clinical educators delivering education to Healthcare Professionals in oncology settings. You will manage staffing, performance evaluations, training, and on-site visits, ensuring programs meet standards and client needs.

The role requires an RN with BSN, 5+ years oncology nursing, and 2+ years of management, with ability to travel.

Qualifications

• RN with active license in at least one state
• BSN required
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare leadership experience
• Minimum 3 years of clinical educator experience in pharma or hospital setting
• Five years of oncology nursing experience and five years of general nursing experience including direct patient care

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Clinical Educators in their territory
• Decide efficient allocation of Clinical Educators in coordination with Program Management and client
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage HR issues
• Coordinate field travel and assess educator communication and presentation skills
• Onboard new Clinical Educators and conduct on-site meetings twice a year
• Evaluate territories for coverage and in-service needs
• Manage conference attendance and feedback loops
• Fill open positions and communicate with client personnel
• Share best practices across regions and organize training on new indications
