Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc (USA) seeks a National Account Director - Oncology to lead engagement with Oncology Super-Groups, IDNs, GPOs and national accounts. This role requires deep knowledge of oncology market dynamics, contracting, and cross-functional leadership to drive Sun brands across the U.S.

marketplace. The candidate will align senior Sun leaders with Market Access, Field Reimbursement, and Commercial Operations to deliver strategic plans and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Account Management experience required; 10-15 years preferred.
• Contracting experience required.
• Deep understanding of all U.S. healthcare system and IDN/Oncology key accounts.
• Experience leading professional associations and advisory boards preferred
• Matrixed leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directly engage Oncology Super-Groups, IDNs, GPOs, ASOCs and prioritized national accounts to develop strategic relationships and mutually valued business engagements that deliver on Sun Brands Revenue Goals (Oncology).
• Develop and execute the strategic plan for each assigned association.
• Act as core brand representative across national congress plan (≈10), providing actionable insights to Oncology teams.
• Partner with Market Access, Government Affairs, and the Commercial Team to support national brand goals.
• Capture and communicate insights from national customer entities to inform Brand and HQ teams.
