In a matrix environment, you will partner across Medical and cross-functional teams to shape evidence plans, KOL engagement, and medical messaging for marketing and launches.

Travel up to 20% is required; this role supports a remote work model in the United States.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Medical Strategy, Medical Affairs, or a related function within the pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including overnight or weekend travel as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and effectively use project management, collaboration, and other business technology platforms.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and leads integrated medical strategies to support product development, commercialization and growth.
  • Facilitates regular medical strategy meetings to socialize status and recommendations.
  • Partners with Medical and cross-functional teams to drive evidence generation, KOL engagement, and medical messaging.
  • Brings visibility to medical deliverables to drive alignment and execution.
  • Maintains collaboration with stakeholders to ensure medical perspectives inform business decisions.
