Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Medical Strategy, Medical Affairs, or a related function.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including overnight or weekend travel as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn project management and collaboration tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes integrated medical strategies to support product development, commercialization and growth.
• Facilitates regular medical strategy meetings and socializes status of strategies.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive activities such as evidence generation, KOL engagement, and translation of data into messaging.
• Brings visibility and coordination to medical deliverables to drive alignment and collaboration.
• Leverages expertise to identify evidentiary gaps and opportunities for differentiation in collaboration with Product Strategy.
• Plans and facilitates annual Innovation Session to inform strategic planning.
