Varian is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within our IT Services division. The role involves managing scope, timelines, and vendor management, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in IT, with healthcare domain experience, strong communication and leadership, and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. PMP or similar certification is a plus. This is a remote position.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of project management experience in IT services.
• Experience driving healthcare/clinical IT projects preferred.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Track project progress, risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates.
• Ensure projects comply with IT policies and security standards.
• Drive infrastructure migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Participate in testing and validation of new releases, patches, and configuration changes.
• Drive architecture decisions, migration plans, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth application performance and system reliability.
