Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical collections experience, preferably oncology.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies and Medicare/Medicaid.
• Experience with HCPCS/ICD/CPT oncology coding is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage AR in 60+ day categories with timely follow-up.
• Document collection activity and prepare write-off adjustments when needed.
• Interact with patients, physicians, and insurers to resolve balances.
• Generate daily reports and coordinate with departments to gather information.
