OneOncology seeks a Billing & Insurance AR Specialist to manage monthly receivables, follow up on denials, and coordinate with patients, physicians, and insurers to ensure timely payments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical collections, with solid knowledge of HCPCS/ICD/CPT coding and insurance policies, including Medicare/Medicaid. This role supports a remote-friendly environment within the US.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of medical collections experience, preferably in oncology.
• Strong understanding of insurance reimbursement processes and billing edits.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly accounts receivable and follow up for resolution.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, and insurers to resolve balances.
• Prepare adjustments and write-off documentation as needed.
• Maintain HCPCS/ICD/CPT coding accuracy and resolve claim errors.
• Generate and review reports for supervisors and team members.
