Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to join the team as a remote US-based expert focusing on oncology, with emphasis on gastrointestinal cancers. You will translate emerging data into meaningful external scientific exchange and support evidence generation, research engagement, and collaboration with clinical teams to drive site activation and patient recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead objective scientific discussions with healthcare professionals on emerging data.
• Engage thought leaders in advisory boards and clinical trials.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with high-performing healthcare professionals.
• Provide regional insights to inform medical plans and evidence generation.
• Act as a subject matter expert in lifecycle management of oncology products.
• Support research opportunities with healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with clinical operations for timely site activation and patient recruitment.
