Job summary

Ladders seeks a Medical Director, GI Oncology and Solid Tumors for a remote US-based role. You will shape medical strategy for an oncology portfolio, focusing on GI tumors and solid tumors, and support healthcare provider needs through cross-functional collaboration.

You will bring 5–10 years in medical affairs or oncology, advanced degree, and strong communication skills to guide clinical insights, publications, and brand-informed medical decision-making.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/PhD/PharmD or equivalent required.
• Oncology experience, GI tumors and breast cancer preferred.
• 5–10 years in medical affairs or oncology roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with matrix medical affairs to develop scientific platforms and medical strategy.
• Provide clinical guidance on joint projects with medical affairs and other departments.
• Contribute to publication strategy and review manuscripts/abstracts.
