Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Medical Science Liaison in Oncology (GI, Breast, Melanoma) to translate scientific data into clinical insights for patient care. The role involves field-based engagement with RTLs, National Thought Leaders, and HCPs across the United States, including pre- and peri-launch activities.

The MSL collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensures compliance, and uses digital tools to document insights and meet annual goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, NP, PA, or equivalent).
• Experience in a scientific, clinical, or research environment.
• Field medical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trial design, publications, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with Thought Leaders through high-quality scientific exchange.
• Engage in proactive and reactive scientific dialogue to inform medical strategy and support product lifecycle management.
• Deliver educational presentations and scientific updates in-person and virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with medical societies, PAGs, and guideline committees.
• Provide training and support for external speakers as needed.
