Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Medical Science Liaison to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This remote role will serve as a scientific field partner, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and advancing medical strategy across a defined region. The position will focus on oncology, with an emphasis on gastrointestinal cancers, and will help translate emerging data into meaningful external scientific exchange. The role will also support evidence generation, research engagement, and collaboration with clinical teams to help drive timely site activation and patient recruitment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,156 – $190,517 annually

• 2+ years of experience in a physician-facing role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong ability to synthesize and communicate scientific information
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Proven interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork abilities
• Good organizational skills with a self-directed work style
• Expert knowledge of the healthcare environment, particularly in oncology and gastrointestinal cancers
