Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Registered Radiation Therapist or oncology nurse with 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Coding certification required within 2 years of employment.
• Maintains licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely remote charge capture and documentation reviews per contracts.
• Maintains and delivers accurate client worksheets and deliverables.
• Delivers client educational sessions onsite or remote.
• Monitors for compliance concerns and informs leadership.
• Helps create client resources like flow diagrams and templates.
• Provides professional client communication via email or phone.
• Maintains client data knowledge and researches coding aspects.
• Keeps abreast of oncology coding and EMR industry changes.
• Applies clinical experience to advise best practices.
• Submits invoices and expense reports per RCCS policy.
• Follows RCCS policies and procedures.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Visio, and web meetings.
