Job summary

Jobot is seeking 1 Clinical Research Associate to join a small, clinical-stage biotech focused on cancer. This is a full-time position with remote or hybrid work and a salary of $125,000 to $140,000 per year.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of Oncology CRA experience, knowledge of FDA regulations, and hands-on trial management using CTMS. You will oversee site visits, ensure protocol compliance, and collaborate across investigators to advance innovative cancer therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field required
• 3–5 years Oncology CRA experience in biotech/pharma
• Experience managing/co-managing clinical trials across phases
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in using CTMS and related software
• Experience with solid tumors is a must

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and management of clinical trials from inception to completion
• Ensure sites comply with protocol, FDA regs, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify data, and resolve issues
• Collaborate with investigators and staff to protect participant safety and rights
• Prepare and review study documents such as protocols and CRFs
• Coordinate with data management to ensure data accuracy
• Prepare and present trial results to internal teams and regulators
