The successful candidate will oversee study activities, ensure site compliance, and collaborate with investigators across multiple sites. A life science degree with 3–5 years Oncology CRA experience is required, along with strong regulatory knowledge and proficiency with CTMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years Oncology experience as a CRA in biotech/pharma.
• Experience managing/co-managing clinical trials across phases.
• Thorough understanding of FDA regulations and guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with solid tumors is a must.
• Proficient in CTMS and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and management of clinical trials from inception to completion.
• Ensure sites comply with protocol, FDA regulations, and applicable requirements.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, verify data, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with investigators and clinical staff to protect participant safety and rights.
• Prepare and review study-related documents (protocols, informed consent, CRFs).
• Coordinate with data management to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Support presentation of results to internal teams, regulators, and stakeholders.
