Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join our expanding team. This role can be completed remotely from Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia or Slovakia, with international travel as needed.

You will lead CRAs and oversee all clinical study aspects across multiple countries, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality of delivery. We value a consultative, proactive approach to trial management, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/health field, including oncology experience.
• Experience leading clinical elements across multiple countries in a CRO/Pharma/Biotech in a clinical lead role.
• Significant clinical trial management experience in oncology.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
• Availability for domestic and international travel including overnight stays.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical elements of trials across sites including start-up, enrolment, monitoring, and close-out.
• Ensure timely completion of trial deliverables and quality standards.
• Coordinate regulatory documentation and ongoing oversight with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Identify challenges to study timelines and offer action plans.
• Lead CRAs to establish relationships with sites for high-quality oversight and payments.
• Maintain team focus on study priorities through cross-functional partnerships.
