Job summary

PSI is seeking a Clinical Trial Liaison with RN background to support oncology studies. The role focuses on patient identification, enrollment techniques, and site coordination to optimize recruitment metrics and pathways. Travel related to site activities is expected.

The candidate should have strong oncology experience, RN degree, and clinical research exposure, with CAR-T experience preferred. This position involves collaboration with project teams and site monitors across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oncology.
• Experience in operation and QC procedures related to equipment used on Oncology research studies.
• CAR-T cell therapy experience preferred.
• Clinical research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a specialized liaison to assist sites with protocol-tailored patient identification and recruitment.
• Assists sites in developing and implementing patient enrollment techniques.
• Coordinates site-specific patient recruitment and retention plans observing planned metrics.
• Provides information specific to the area of expertise to site team members involved in patient recruitment.
• Identifies, tracks, and reports patient enrollment progress throughout the study.
• Analyzes the protocol to provide site with support to improve patient pathway.
• Supports project teams to ensure proper documentation of study-specific assessments related to patient enrollment.
• Assists and advises the site monitor in the area of patient enrollment.
