Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to serve as the primary site contact and site manager across all trial phases in the United States, with travel requirements. The role involves site monitoring, regulatory documentation, and collaboration with sponsors to ensure protocol adherence and patient safety.

The candidate should have 2+ years of site monitoring experience, strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, and excellent communication skills to manage relationships with investigators

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager across all trial phases.
• Perform remote and on-site monitoring to ensure data quality and patient safety.
• Collect and review regulatory documents for start-up, maintenance, and close-out.
• Communicate with investigators and site staff on protocol conduct, recruitment, and deviations.
• Maintain documentation in CTMS and eTMF and ensure timely reporting.
