Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager for across all phases of clinical studies. You will monitor sites to ensure data integrity, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sponsor roles, managing regulatory documents, performing on-site validation visits, and supporting audits. Travel and independent work within a global matrix environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
