Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all trial phases. Responsibilities include monitoring activities, regulatory documentation, and ensuring data accuracy while protecting subjects' rights and safety.

With a focus on site relationships and protocol adherence, the CRA will travel domestically and internationally as needed, and contribute to team knowledge through mentoring and best-practice sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis in science/biology.
• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.
• Experience with ICH-GCPs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all trial phases.
• Perform site monitoring activities to ensure data accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate site startup, maintenance and close-out documentation.
• Communicate issues related to protocol conduct, recruitment and regulatory docs.
