Job summary

Parexel seeks a Clinical Research Associate to serve as the primary site contact and site manager across all study phases. You will oversee site monitoring, ensure GCP/ICH compliance, and promote high-quality data collection.

Responsibilities include coordinating with investigators, maintaining regulatory documentation, and escalating issues per the defined pathway. Travel will be required domestic and international, with oncology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in science.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel 65–75% nationally and internationally.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary site contact and site manager through all study phases.
• Perform site monitoring and ensure GCP/ICH compliance.
• Coordinate with investigators and sponsor teams to achieve site readiness.
• Maintain regulatory documents in TMF/CTMS and related systems.
