Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and manager across all trial phases. You will perform site management and monitoring activities to ensure data integrity and subject safety, in line with ICH-GCP and SOPs.

The role requires building strong site relationships, conducting on-site and remote monitoring, and maintaining regulatory documentation. Travel 65–75% domestically and internationally and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong emphasis in science and/or biology.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage site relationships.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~65–75% of time).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of the study.
• Perform site management/monitoring in compliance with ICH-GCP and Sponsor SOPs.
• Coordinate tasks with sponsor roles to achieve Site Ready.
• Conduct site visits and prepare visit reports accurately and timely.
• Maintain regulatory documentation in CTMS/eTMF per timelines.
