Ladders is seeking a Clinical Science Director (Biotech Oncology) to guide the scientific and operational elements of oncology clinical studies from protocol concept through study execution. The role collaborates with clinical operations, investigators, and internal safety teams to advance high-quality development programs for targeted and immunological therapies, and supports scientific communications, publications, and investigator engagement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Competenze

• Pharm.D., PhD, or M.D. with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5-8 years of clinical development experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, oncology focus.
• Experience with molecular targeted or immunological therapies in clinical studies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial implementation and drug development processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and public speaking skills.

Mansioni

• Design and initiate study protocols and related documentation in compliance with regulations and GCP.
• Collaborate with investigators to develop clinical synopses and protocols.
• Conduct literature research and assist in selecting investigators for studies.
• Develop Informed Consent Forms and Case Report Forms with clinical operations teams.
• Analyze and report potential safety events during internal safety meetings.
• Contribute to the writing and review of scientific publications and presentations.
• Maintain relationships with study investigators to facilitate oncology studies.
