Menarini Stemline seeks aSenior Director, Clinical Program Lead to act as the matrix leader for the Clinical Program Team. This remote-US role focuses on regional operations, trial execution, timelines and budgets, and CRO/vendor management.

Reporting to Global Clinical Operations, this position drives strategic operational plans, risk management and performance across programs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Leads multiple clinical studies with or without CROs.
• Manages study timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Ensures compliance with GCP, FDA and SOPs.
• Drives regional clinical operations strategies and initiatives.
• Mentors and develops Clinical Operations staff.
• Experience in oncology and biotech/pharma environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads multiple clinical studies in parallel through direct reports or vendors.
• Sponsors operational plans and timelines for enrollment and study completion.
• Provide day-to-day direction for core team and manage cross-functional partnerships.
• Optimize trial design and execution; identify barriers and propose solutions.
• Develops operational plans including study timelines, drug forecasts, safety and monitoring plans.
• Shapes regional Clinical Operations teams, including CROs and vendors, to ensure quality and budget adherence.
• Manages performance and career development of team members.
• Oversees data collection and audits to ensure data integrity.
• Monitors CRO and site budgets; proposes solutions for deviations.
• Influences recruitment strategies and site engagement to meet enrollment targets.
• Oversees regulatory compliance and study conduct across regions.
