Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Development Solid Tumor to drive global strategy across Phase 1–4 studies. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape protocol design, and ensure robust data for regulatory submissions.

This is a remote-based role with ~20% travel. The position requires a Medical Degree with 5+ years pharma/biotech experience and oncology expertise, preferably board-certified.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree with 5+ years pharma/biotech experience.
• Board certified oncologist training or oncology specialization preferred.
• Proven ability to develop oncology clinical strategy (Phase I-III) for regulatory submission.
• Expertise in GCP/ICH FDA/EMEA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Represent clinical science on global program teams and guide development plans.
• Lead development of protocols, amendments, study guides, and training materials.
• Perform medical monitoring and signal detection with CRO collaboration.
• Advise on data analysis, interpretation, and regulatory submissions.
• Support site training, initiation, activation, and enrollment activities.
• Maintain robust study conduct and data quality.
• Develop innovative clinical strategies to shorten development timelines.
• Oversee Phase I–III clinical development for products.
• May supervise Medical/Scientific Directors and Clinical Scientists.
